Tetrarchia or Hispania

Hey guys!

While taking a break from work yesterday and browsing bgg I came across Hispania, which intrigued me because of the a) genre which I do not have in my collection b) the theme and c) the time commitment for a round (insert here classic dad with young kid comment). I see that Hispania is a reimplementation of Tetrarchia. Which one is generally better for solo play? Would it be worth it to get Tetrarchia instead? It seems a little bit better available in the US.

Also if you guys have other suggestions in the vein of light and fast wargames I would be very curious!
