Hospital scholarship opportunity

I just got accepted into my radiography program and our local hospital has a connected opportunity where you can become a rad assistant and they’ll pay for your school, but you have to sign a contract to work for them for two years after graduation. But I’m not sure if I would want to work for them for 2 years after or I want to move. I know it’s a good opportunity with a guarantee job, but Idk.
