Articling Exemption- No response from LSO

It's been a month since i applied for the exemption. LSO asked for more info from my refree. The email he received had a 10 days deadline to provide the additional information. He provided the requested info in the reply of the LSO email right away. It has been 8 days. The status in the portal is still 'waiting for requestor response '. I have tried calling LSO and have sent portal messages with just one query and that is 'please let me know if you have received the requested info from my refree' (cause obviously i dont want the LSO to reject the application saying they didn't receive any additional info from my refree). To my surprise, LSO is not responding while in the past, i have received the reply in 24 hours. I am just concerned. Can anyone provide any insights? Thank you.
