MGS5 broke after only 2 months!

Last night when leaving work I got in my car and the parking Brake was locked shut with a cacophony of errors on the screen, and wouldn't let me drive. I tried the parking brake reset process but it didn't work so had to leave it there overnight getting the train home instead.

Got the AA out today and he couldn't fix it and basically had to disable the parking brake on the drivers side and then escort me to the MG dealer for it to get fixed.

So now I'm in a state of not trusting the car. I've had it less than 60 days and a pretty big fault has happened. Can I give it back? I'm worried I've just bought a total sack of sh*t that I'm stuck with for the next few years!
