If GTA 7 is in Liberty City what should it include?

I have been going back and forth on what a new and improved LC might look like mapwise.

Would we get something similar to GTA 5 with some wildlands (Catskill Mountains, wetlands in NJ, farmland in Long Island?) or would it be pure city with a ton of enterable buildings?

Maybe similar to San Andreas where it covers multiple cities like Boston and DC?
