Looking for a 1 bhk flat in VTP/godrej mahalunge

Hi, I'm (24M) looking for a fully furnished/semi furnished 1bhk flat in mahalunge for myself, budget is 20k. I came across a bunch of flats via brokers but I want to rent it directly from the owner. Please let me know if anyone has any leads.
