Who is the real mother of grace in resident evil 9

Ok guys, I have this theory. I know it sounds crazy, but hear me out. I think the real mother of Grace is Chloe, the little girl from the 1990 flashback.
Chloe looked about 8–10 years old in the flashback , and Grace was born around 2001–2004. So if Chloe was still alive at that time, she would have been an adult.

Also, remember that Chloe might be a clone. So maybe the real mother of Grace is one of those clones that the Umbrella created.
