Bblauncher periodically crashes and says it’s out of memory when I was playing fine not too long ago and now won’t load into game

Need help as to why this keeps happening I’m using just about every performance patch I can muster and it will run fine for like 3 or 4 hours then it can run out of memory and sometime will not let me load back into the game. And fixes that yall can recommend?
