Re-rentals: no update from HPD, no new uploads

Today is 1 May, marking the first day the FCFS program officially ends for HPD affordable re-rentals. HPD never officially announced a new program or an extension to FCFS. I’ve been monitoring various re-rental sites and haven’t seen not one new listing.

It seems this means re-rental agencies are holding off from posting anything until the guidelines are clearer.

I guess I’m just writing this to vent or see if anyone else has any opinions to share.
