[BUG] Friends all appear offline in Fortnite, can't invite or receive invitations - Privacy section missing from Epic account settings

Hey everyone,

I'm experiencing a weird issue since a few days ago. All my friends appear offline in Fortnite even though they are actually playing. They also can't see my online status, and nobody can send or receive party invitations.

Here is everything I already tried with no success :

• Checked all in-game settings (presence, invitations, party joinability) — everything is set to "Friends"
• Status is set to "Online", not "Do Not Disturb"
• Uninstalled and reinstalled Fortnite completely, deleted all game files manually
• Verified game files through Epic Launcher
• Restarted the game and launcher multiple times
• Tested on a different Epic Games account — same problem persists

The strangest part is that the "Privacy" section is completely missing from my Epic Games account settings on the website. I cannot check or modify any privacy settings there.

However, from the Epic Games Launcher I can clearly see my friends are online and playing. The issue is only in Fortnite itself.

Everything was working fine before, this appeared out of nowhere recently.

Has anyone experienced this ? Any fix would be appreciated !
