I'm not feeling anything after 250 milligrams. why?

Last night I took 250 milligrams of DPH I felt more calm And that's it I did not get delirious or any hallucinations or any euphoria. The last time I did 250 milligrams, I had lots of hallucinations and euphoria. This was after a 2 day break from DPH. Do I need to take more next time? Or is it just The Drugs Inconsistency?
