Usopp might not get to Laugh tale

Usopp lies always turn true.

We know that buggy and Toki couldn't go to Laugh Tale because of a sickness.

Maybe Usopp Will suffer from the same thing as they did, making his "I have the 'I can't go to that island' sickness" lie turn real.

In that cas what would be the common point between these 3 characters ? They are the weakest of their crews.

So Maybe Laugh Tale is rejecting the weaks/weakests.
