Connect Jira with my CRM system?

I'm looking for a better way to pull CRM data into Jira so our support team stops wasting time. Right now when a ticket comes in, agents only see the reporter's name and email and have to ping sales on Slack to get any account context like plan type, renewal date, or open opportunities. 

It's slowing down responses and making us look unprepared on customer calls. I don't think I can achieve it easily with Jira automation, I'm benchmarking Zapier and dedicated Marketplace apps but I don't really know which to choose. 

Our sales team uses HubSpot mostly, with a bit of Salesforce on older accounts. If you've set something like this up I'd appreciate any pointers on what worked and what to avoid, maybe even setting up a quick call to show me how things look on your side.
