Some sellers won't budge even if what they're selling isn't the price they're asking.
I'm not talking about clothes, but computer equipment. I don't like to haggle. When I see a price I consider decent or good, I buy it right away.
Here's the interesting part. I'm looking for a low-profile graphics card for a Lenovo that I'm taking to my hometown. The thing is, most of the sellers of these cards do so without the necessary accessories, and they can only be installed in a standard PC case. This diminishes the product's value.
These accessories are sold on AliExpress. But that means spending more money on something that comes with the graphics card. So, in some cases, you end up paying more for a product that isn't worth it, or you could choose a better one.
So, I usually haggle with them for about €5, pointing this out. I tell them they're selling a low-profile product that isn't really low-profile because it doesn't include the mounting bracket for the PC. Well, that's it. Some sellers are very stubborn. If it had that bracket, they could sell those items in minutes.
If you sell something that's essential because of the type of product it is, it loses value. But some people price their products as if they were complete, even though they come with nothing.
