How to change damaged led panel light ?

Hello

So I guess a month or so ago the room light stopped working , as a person who loves using light , I told my roommates let’s call the owners/landlord and tell him to fix it , they said no need to, no one is using that room light anyways , but I do use it a lot , I like it .

So now as I finished exams , I am free I can work on it .
I thought it was easy and was just bulb change but it was something far hard like similar to this ,

Please give me detailed way of changing it
, i tried seeing YouTube videos but there was not any .

I never did this , i thought it was easy bulb fix .

I will buy the white circular thing tmr .

But the screws how to put it back in properly .

I need help please .
