is it too late to find a static group when you are a beginner?

So as mentioned I would love to do some static things. I just cleared M1S with a group where I was a sub.

I would love to join a static group as PURE/SHIELD healer. I am on some discord where I am Looking for group. But people are M9S/M10S so I am too far away.

Any suggestions? Any ideas?
