Center of attention in groups- Noone ever reaches out

2e ADHD with psychotic past M(37) here.
Does anyone faced this problem? Being the center of attention in groups (not by forcing it obviously, but naturally), even having people praise you for your mind/character and still always have to be the one to initiate contact with people?
