Should I keep waiting it out?

Helpful context - I have adenomyosis and got the IUD to help with extremely heavy periods (lasting 10+ days, going through ultra tampons in 15 minutes some points) and breakthrough bleeding.

I got Mirena inserted November 3rd, 2025. My insertion was a breeze, truly not painful, though I did have some brutal cramps the following night. I have been spotting EVERY SINGLE DAY since getting it inserted, I also still have 10 day periods though they are MUCH lighter than before. It’s been six months so I’m not sure if I should keep waiting in hopes that the spotting stops or do I just give up and say it’s not for me? I’m also getting married in six months so I reallllyyy want all of this figured out 🥲
