Has anyone quit smoke and feel better in short-term?

Question

Hello i have a Hyperadrenergic POTS and lately im worse and best in same ways. After i quit cigarettes i notice all of my pots symptoms is literally gone in 3 days. Maybe even shorter i cant be sure cause the brain fog that comes with withdraw of nicotine made me feel like i was on morphin. In that 3 days my arm veins become swollen, i was no longer geting tired easily and my daily blood pressure dropped from around 140 to around 120 and i was not having tachycardia anymore.

Then on 3. day I started cytisine for brain fog and other withdraw symptoms and then many of the same POTS symptoms came back: standing/exertional palpitations, higher blood pressure, quick fatigue, less visible veins, and my blocked nose opened again (i was cant even breathe while im on coldturkey).

Now i feel like i got relapse cause of cytisine. I dont think i can quit smoking in long term and cytisine made it worse. Its only been 4.5 days and im already down.

I have also ADHD, Concerta and caffeine do not trigger any POTS symptoms for me, only nicotine does. Im just wondering is anyone else have a similar story. Lots of people claims nicotine can make symptoms better but its was opposite for me.
