RMR (Govan specifically)

Hi all quick question. So for RMR they state on the website that it’s 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend per month. Looked more into it and I have seen some people saying it eventually increases to every other or 1 in 3 weekends. I was just wondering if anyone has been through RMR in govan and could give me more of an insight into what is actually expected to be committed. TIA
