Trading Post Tender: What is the reasoning behind not giving enough each month to buy all the available items?

Every month I never have enough tender to get the things I want. I don’t even want everything and still don’t have enough.

Why can’t I keep doing Travelers log tasks to get more tender? The cap should be equal to the value of all the items for the month.

I really cannot see the reasoning behind limiting. It has nothing to do with getting another months subscription, Id need to sub if I wanted to spend any tender I had leftover from the previous month. It doesn’t have to do with them wanting us to spend real money on it since you can’t get tender through the shop or with gold. I know they sometimes have bundles with tender or it comes with deluxe editions of example but the amounts are so insignificant it can’t have much of an impact on their tender gating.

Maybe I’m missing something but I do not understand the reasoning behind limiting us to 1k a month. This months items total to 3545 tender needed for all items. This doesn’t include the returning items which tally up to another 2305. So there is 5850 tender needed to get all the items and we get 1000. So we can buy 17% of the items for the month? I just don’t get it.
