I'm in a psychiatric hospital and I feel huge

I just wanted to say to begin with that I have phases of anorexia or thoughts not necessarily the disorder extremely or permanently.Basically, I have a bpd .Anyway, I am currently in the psychiatric hospital where people treat me badly and I feel that I will relapse I think about my huge belly, fat and all food that is far from healthy and is full of sugars and fats
