Hip growth onset and signs? Anyone knowledgeable on this?

So I started HRT at 18 and have been on it for roughly 5 months. Curious about what chances are for me to get hip growth.

So idk if this has any relevance but shortly before HRT I x rayed my hand(ot is a really long story😭) and my growth plates there were not fused fully. Idk if that has any influence on my hip bones though🤷‍♀️.

Regardless I have been feeling soreness around the whole area somewhat but idk if I always was like this or if it is new or if it is exaustion😭. Like idk if I sit on my side in my bed rn it is definately a bit uncomfortable in my hips. Also if I poke them I sometimes get sharp pains but that could just be the skin not enjoying being poked💀

So anyways I am like so lost omg. I am almost tempted to get a x ray of my hips to no longer be stressed about it amd I can know for sure 😭. But I am too embarrassed to get that area x rayed😅🥲
