Date update: proposed revised weekend is 21-23 August 2026

CAN-AL date update:

Following Carlow County Council's traffic/access note around the Borris Horse Fair, we are revising the proposed CAN-AL working weekend to 21-23 August 2026, which still sits within National Heritage Week.

Final delivery remains subject to written permissions, insurance, event-management review and safety planning.

The public scope remains St Mullins, County Carlow only.

The working model also stays the same: legal/approved walls or temporary boards only, heritage-safe planning, clear written terms for artists before confirmation, and local permission before any work happens.
