Nursing school abroad

Hi all, I'm in an interesting situation where I have the opportunity to go abroad (most likely Europe) for nursing school. With all of this I really want to come back to the US to practice and was wondering how feasible that really was.

I was hoping that anyone with experience or understanding of the process could share their knowledge. I'm especially wanting to know how that worked if you were born in the US/ already have citizenship.
