Married to European citizen seeking advice regarding resident permit

Hello everyone, I’m looking for advice. I am married to a European citizen. I currently hold a residence permit from another EU country, and my wife is working in Templin, Germany.

How can I apply for a residence permit here? If I apply, can I start working immediately? I have already found a job in Templin as well.
