How powerful could Cell have gotten?
If he had become a hero like Picollo and Vegeta instead of being killed would how high would he have scaled eventually? Would he have become more powerful than SS Blue? Could he have mastered Ultra Instinct? Would he have stomped Buu if he had gotten to train the entire time between the Cell Saga and the start of the Buu Saga?
