Poem : Keep Getting Closer (Part - 1)
Reading in a library wasn't special.
But always visited thrice a week.
For love stories, which seemed magical
And mystery novels which were unique.
Maybe those reasons were not enough-
Cause a wonderful meeting turned out-
A special reason, which was enough-
To convince... sometimes life show sweeturnout ( Sweeturnout = Sweet + Turnout, here turnout means Change')
I was looking for a book.
And it was an ordinary day,
Then saw a guy near sourcebook-
Section but with expression of dismay.
To ask what was troubling him,
Went towards him... then he said-
That he lost a keychain of twim. ( Twim mean - Cute expression)
In a book which was blood-red.
We decided to check each section.
Took us 2 hours to find that-
Book which was in romance section.
The title was 'Love isn't scat' (Here scat means - feeling that goes away easily)
That book's name felt familiar somehow,
But I forgot about that when-
Saw him cutely being embarrassed, allow-
Smile on our faces back then.
As a thankyou he offered icecream.
We ate together then he said-
,"I have to hurry for theme."
Before explaining anything he left instead.
Waited for hours... He didn't come.
The following day I decided to-
Visit library, thinking he might come.
After 10 minutes he was in view.
As soon as he spotted me.
He came towards me to apologize.
Then explained that, due to Jeffrey- ( Jeffrey - Friend of Edward)
Steve would have been sad otherwise. (Steve - Sibling of Jeffrey)
