Nice Restaurant but also good for vegetarians

Hi! I'll be celebrating my birthday in Prague in August with my boyfriend. I'm looking for a nice restaurant, good quality food, doesn't need to be too fancy but would like nice wine with the meal. I eat meat (and generally prefer meat dishes) but am allergic to shellfish, and my boyfriend is vegetarian, so looking for something with good options that isn't just one vegetarian option for an appetizer and one for a main and that's all. We'll be staying at Hilton Old Town but happy to travel.
