I'll add a little more context so it makes sense.

My F(12) friend and I F(13) have been talking and playing together for a few months. We met in this game called roblox, had alot of fun so we friended eachother and started chatting. It just got worse as time went. If I had something to do that would take me just a few hours, I'd be spammed through texts and she'd always act like I was avoiding her. I never got a break. Once. If I would say I had to eat, she'd say "oh but we only talked for an hour." I would always have to say sorry when she felt upset and it was just.. draining.

By week two I wanted to unfriend her but she always mentioned in comments or bios that she didn't have alot of friends and I "saved" her so yeah I was feeling trapped. I decided to stay because I thought "it's not that bad and she's not in the best state right now." Every other two days I'd try to chat or play a game that she enjoys so that she could be happy but she only wanted to text. I'm not shaming her for that but it's really repetitive and I friended her to have more fun times similar to that day I met her.

I have mentioned countless times that I have been feeling unsafe on discord because of what happened when I was nine years old. She knows this yet she still pushes discord onto me. It's gotten to the point that thinking of having a conversation with her is dreadful and I get worried to say no. I'm finally cutting her off soon but thought I should get some opinions.

White is her and purple is me.

AIO for speaking up to my friend?
