What should I be doing before I start residency?

Hi all! Curious if there is a resource somewhere regarding all of the financial steps we should be taking as we make the transition from M4 to residency? (I have not found an updated one on here) For example, what is the recommendation for IDR, is PAYE or IBR better for those of us with 250k+ of loans? When should we apply for PSLF? When/how should we be applying for disability/life insurance? I really appreciate any and all advice, thanks so much in advance!
