My “best friend” is pressuring me over a ₱ friendly loan and threatening me if I don’t agree to her terms

I’m in a really stressful situation with someone I used to consider my best friend.
I borrowed ₱ from her as a friendly loan, and I’ve always planned to pay it back. I already told her I can settle it, this nxtweek which I thought was a reasonable request.
But she refuses to accept that. Instead, she is demanding that I either:
Pay everything immediately, OR
Agree to her condition of 40% weekly “interest,” which feels completely unfair and overwhelming for me.
What’s confusing is that she actually said she is okay if I agree to the 40% per week, even if I pay after a month. But when I refused because that would put me in a much bigger debt in the long run, she then changed her demand and insisted I pay everything as soon as possible instead.
I never agreed to any interest like that, and I’m not trying to avoid my responsibility. I just need a short extension of time.
What’s been really hard is how she’s treating me now. She’s been very aggressive, calling me ungrateful and saying hurtful things. She has also made statements that she will “report ” me if I don’t follow her demands.
She even said she wants to make my situation worse and put me in a bigger debt because she believes I “deserve it.”
And thats how it works,It honestly feels like intimidation and punishment rather than a fair repayment discussion.
I feel stuck because I want to repay her, but I also don’t feel safe or okay being pressured like this over money.
I’m not sure how to handle this friendship anymore or how to respond without making things worse. Any advice would really help.
TL;DR: Borrowed ₱ from a friend and agreed to pay next week, but she is demanding immediate payment or 40% weekly interest, changing demands, and using threats and pressure when I refuse.
