HSBC Travel One rejected

Hey folks,

I recently applied for the HSBC Travel One credit card and completed the Video KYC process. However, I received a rejection email yesterday stating that my credit profile does not align with their current lending policy.

This was a bit surprising because:

My CIBIL score is 750+ My salary is well above their stated eligibility criteria I have a solid credit history with existing cards

Has anyone else faced something similar with HSBC? Any idea what might be the reason behind this rejection?
