Medical Leave + Have not received paycheck

Location: Oregon

Hi! I am in Oregon and went on Paid Medical Leave on March 24th. I was supposed to receive my final paycheck on April 3rd and have not received it. I have not quit and have not been terminated (though I plan to quit after my medical leave is up). I followed up multiple times with my employer and filed both a wage claim and civil rights claim through BOLI. What are the penalties, if any, the company faces? Do I get extra money since my paycheck is late? Should I take any additional steps at the moment? Any and all help would be appreciated!
