How did u toppers revise for chapters that were done months ago for neet?

my main struggle is revision, i do get concept and numericals right almost 90% of the time in 1st try. But because of lack of revision i didnot retain it and so here i am, scoring 350s in full test. I used to score 600-630s in part test till sept oct. When syllabus went on continuing i lost my track and forgot everything from previous chapters. So in order to revise them i created backlog in ongoing chapters.
