Do the "Fill xx gas, get xx CT money" offers on Canadian Tire Triangle card stack?

For example I saw two offers.

Fill 25 litres of gas, collect $5 CT money

Fill 30 litres of gas, collect $4 CT money

Something like those, might not have been exact numbers.

So if I fill 30 litres will I get $9 back?

And all the multipliers stack right? So if I get for example I get 20x on screws, 10x on screws, 5x on screws offers then I will get 35x on screw purchases?
