Earbud recs similar to AirPod Pro

Hey all, I am looking to purchase some new wireless Earbuds. I’m in the USA and shopping online for under 200 USD.

I bought an AirPod Pro a few years ago and have had a lot of issues with them. The left earbud dies/doesn’t charge/doesn’t connect frequently, and it’s a pain to switch connection between my iPhone and (Lenovo) laptop.

I like the look and feel of the AirPod pro (sans soft plastic tips) but they’re built to fail.

I don’t need noise cancellation and I don’t like the plastic tips/earplugs on some models. I need something that’s somewhat discreet as I use these at work.

Of course good sound quality would be great, especially if they can pick up some bass. Overall I’ve been happy with the sound of my AirPods so something around that capacity or better is fine.

Any recs you have would be appreciated!
