Is my monitor dead?

So after 4 months of blood sweat and tears I’ve figured out what was fucking up my PC (it was the HDMI cable), and I just got it back today, rebuilt it, powered it on with a new cable and viola it works. Only issue is my monitor now isn’t.

It turns on, logo is displayed before saying “HDMI 1 source not found” before going into standby mode. I changed the video source from GPU to CPU, changed HDMI inputs in the monitor, reseated everything and have no debug LEDs, yet it doesn’t work.

And worst part about this is that my laptops HDMI port just doesn’t work anymore and I have no other monitor to test with, so how screwed am I?
