[M4F] HR’s Drastic New Policy: Participate or You Will Be Terminated

To say the Q3 board of directors meeting was rough was an absolute understatement. The company missed its quarterly sales target by 25%, leaving the company behind its annual revenue target by $50 million dollars. To put this into perspective, the firm’s largest quarter to date was only $30 million dollars, so the under motivated sales team really needed to step up big time in order to save the company.

As the head of HR, I was responsible for ensuring that the sales team remained motivated and had everything they needed to succeed. Clearly the programs that I have designed so far for this year haven’t been working so something needed to change.

After conducting a brainstorm with the management team it was suggested that the all male sales team need some sexual motivation from their female colleagues in order to boost their endorphins to drive better results. Taking this into account, I devised a new plan centered around that idea.

Sitting at your desk as an operations manager you receive the following email:

“Hello Female Colleagues,

It should come as no surprise that the firm is not doing well and we are at risk of missing our revenue target for the year. If we miss our target, the board said that substantial layoffs will need to take place, which is something that everyone would like to avoid if possible.

This is where you come in. In order to help boost morale of your sales team, there will be some changes made to your role within the office. Moving forward, once you arrive at the office, you will be required to strip down into your bra and panties and remain like that until the end of the day. Your male colleagues will be allowed to touch you however they like throughout the day. If a member of the sales team secures a new sale, he will be allowed to pick one member of the team to spend a pre determined amount of time with alone in the conference room.

I know this is a drastic switch to our policy but our livelihoods are on the line here. In terms of next steps, I’ll be meeting with each of you individually to rank your performance for the sales team. During the meeting you will be required to tease me, give me a tour of your naked body and then I’ll need to assess your holes.

After all of the meetings have taken place, the sales team will be sent a ranking of each female colleague so they know what each of you is like sexually. This information will be useful for them so they can pick their preferred partner when they close a deal.

If you refuse to participate in the assessment, your role will be terminated. If we achieve our financial goals, you will receive a bonus based on how often you are used by the team.
