Ipsy chose the wrong concealer shade (Nars cosmetics). Will they swap it if asked?

There’s a reason I never get foundations/concealers online. They picked a completely wrong shade but a better fit exists in their options. Has anyone ever tried to get them to change shades? Otherwise it’ll just be a huge waste.
