Selling first novel question

I plan to sell my novel at the register desk at bar featured frequently in the book. the bar is actually on the cover as well. The owner is looking forward to co promoting the restaurant/bar and the book. What should I be looking to pay him per sale on the paperbacks? I plan to buy them from KDP.
