Where to buy hydrangeas in Edmonton?

I know Costco had some, but I was told that they are not the variety that can possibly live through the winter here, and are more for pots or treated as annual flowers.

I looked at classic gardens in Ellerslie and they don't have them. I'd like to get a variety that can live well here
