University Of Galway MSc Business Analytics

Hi everyone,

I recently received an offer letter from the University of Galway, and I’m feeling both excited and confused. I’ve been going through reviews on YouTube and Reddit, but the opinions seem really mixed, which is making it hard to decide.

One common thing I keep seeing is that “job opportunities depend heavily on the field you’re in.” I’m planning to pursue a path toward becoming a Business Analyst, so I wanted to ask:

- How is the University of Galway in terms of academics, industry exposure, and overall experience?
- What are the job prospects in Ireland for Business Analyst roles after graduation?
- How difficult is it for international students to secure relevant jobs in this field?
- Any insights on internships, networking opportunities, or placement support?

I’d really appreciate hearing from current students, alumni, or anyone familiar with the university or job market in Ireland.

Thanks in advance!
