Feeling very hopeless after today’s ultrasound

I had my confirmation appt scheduled for next today but I went in today due to some spotting. Based on my last period I’m 7w1d but gestational age measured at 6w2d. The tech found a gestational sac but no yoke sac, no embryo, no cardiac activity. I’m going back in a week for another transvag ultrasound but I’m feeling really sad and worried that this isn’t viable. That seems like a lot of things to be missing for the sixth week. I’m just really bummed. This is my third pregnancy and I had no issues with my first two. Would love some support.
