Depressed

So I've been on the shots since mid February of this year, tirzeptide (started at 2.5, then 5, and went to 7.5 two weeks ago).

I weighed yesterday morning, and did my shot yesterday afternoon. This is the first week I've stayed the same. I've lost 14 pounds in all.

So I was disheartened about no weight loss, and I had a piece of chocolate-chocolate cake. I reckon it looked good, because the shot had worn off. Now I just feel depressed and nauseous.

Oh, I only walked one day this week, because the weather wasn't conducive.

Anyway, came here to talk to y'all and lick my wounds, because I knew my peeps would understand.
