How would I use SSE edit to fix this?

The SS will be in the comments because I cant post it here 🙄 I recently downloaded northern roads and the patches for it, however despite that the sign near kolseggr mine clips into the rocks. I know I can just disable it but I dont want to do that each playthrough. Hence why Im asking how I could use SSE edit to fix it permanently (unless there is already a mod that fixes it? I have tried looking for one)
