Where is Knockout mode ?

Please Riot, can you bring back knockout mode ? It was the best casual gamemode by far for me and my friends, perfect warmup before going into ranked.
Now the new 2v2 mode is probably great and all, but it's another way to try hard, and I already have ranked for that.
