IPDM programming

I have a 2015 Nissan Altima S that I will likely replace its IPDM due to I heard the low beam switch relay is soldered to the module. Both low beams are not working despite light bulbs are new.

If I replace the IPDM, does the IPDM require programming or is it plug-and-play, if I get a used one with same P/N that was taken out the car?
