Name for daughter #2

My husband and I had such a hard time coming up with #1s name and now we’re a few weeks out from needing another girl name. We have a Josie (Josephine). Our top choices for #2 are -

•Lucy

•Elena

We have a few middle names picked out for each but recently my husband suggested going with Lucy Elena since we love both. How does that sound? Any other similar suggestions? I don’t know why I can’t commit yet but I do think it’s really pretty. This is so tough.
