My boyfriend dumped me yesterday

So my boyfriend dumped me last night when he was high, he was with friends. It was all of a sudden...we were on call, his friend was talking and suddenly the call ended and a text came saying 'fuck u u failed' and I think he blocked me then but I didn't know. We okay mlbb too and there he texted me saying let's break and if he ever returns to me he's gay am not his type nor am I his type. And uk it's not the first time this has happened like him dumping me and I thought if they leave u once they will keep doing it but during the time we were together it was very nice and lovely... yesterday it happened all of a sudden and I thought maybe the friend has something to do with it. I wanted someone's thoughts in this situation.
